THE IMPORTANCE OF INVESTING IN A LAWYER

Investing in a lawyer for immigration cases is vital, considering the unique characteristics of each case. Each situation requires a meticulous analysis to explore all legal options available.

Unlike form preparation services, which lack the authority to offer legal advice, a qualified immigration attorney provides expertise beyond mere form completion.

Avoid immigration fraud and invest in a quality lawyer.

Succesfull CASES

Most clients come to Andrea because their cases are complicated and require a timely legal strategy.

This year we celebrate the approval of a petition (without sponsor) for EB1 Visa – Extraordinary Ability – from a Venezuelan doctor in which we were able to prove that his experience, education, recognition and contribution to society and the union make him a professional deserving of a permanent residence.

Derivative Citizenship: We were also able to celebrate that a girl who lives and plans to continue living in Mexico, was deserving of her derivative citizenship through her grandmother since her mother did not qualify to pass citizenship directly to her.

Adjustment of Status for marriage and fiancé visas: This year we have been part of many success stories of love and immigration. Couples in the USA or couples separated by distance, attorney Piontkovski enjoys being part of love stories and has been able to attend interviews with her clients and the officers, being an important piece of representation and support.

Parent Requests: We were honored to receive approvals from children to parents in which interviews were waived.

Parole In Place: We were proud to be able to celebrate the approval of a Parole in Place and her adjustment of status where the mother of a United States military was finally able to obtain her green card after more than 20 years undocumented.

Travel Permit under TPS: Finally one of our clients will be able to travel to El Salvador and see her family after 25 years.

Cases Saved and Approved: This year, the lawyer took on new cases and helped many clients who had started their proceedings without the advice of a lawyer. Many of these people who hired notaries, consultants or paralegals who are not licensed to give legal advice in the USA, caused the loss and cancellation of these cases. However, Andrea Piontkovski helped these people who were victims of immigration fraud.

TPSs: This year we represented the Venezuelan community with their TPS cases and work permits which have allowed many Venezuelans to work legally in the USA and avoid deportation.
