Parole In Place: We were proud to be able to celebrate the approval of a Parole in Place and her adjustment of status where the mother of a United States military was finally able to obtain her green card after more than 20 years undocumented.

Travel Permit under TPS: Finally one of our clients will be able to travel to El Salvador and see her family after 25 years.

Cases Saved and Approved: This year, the lawyer took on new cases and helped many clients who had started their proceedings without the advice of a lawyer. Many of these people who hired notaries, consultants or paralegals who are not licensed to give legal advice in the USA, caused the loss and cancellation of these cases. However, Andrea Piontkovski helped these people who were victims of immigration fraud.

TPSs: This year we represented the Venezuelan community with their TPS cases and work permits which have allowed many Venezuelans to work legally in the USA and avoid deportation.
